Hey guys i got an h22a in my 94 ej1 and i spun a couple of bearings in it ive replaced them but i dont know what torque to tighten the bottom of the rods back on.

Can anyone help me? It would be greatly appreciated.

read this PDF. it starts around page 28 for what you want. make sure to read page 33. torque specs. i don't which bolt your wanting to tighten.
