Sooooo basically the colder it is outside, the longer my headlights take to actually come on when i turn them on. when its 40 plus they come on as soon as i hit the switch. if its like 10 degrees i might be waiting 30 seconds. dash lights and park lights come on instantly just not the headlights themselves. flipping the switch a few times makes no difference. when i hold the hi beams(hold it but dont click it) the hi beams come on instantly.
I hope that is understandable
maybe a relay is cold or something? I have never had this problem in any other car. once they come on they stay on without any trouble
