#165109 Hey guys I posted this question in the chassis section and I was told to move it here so here it goes, I am in the process of building my hatch from the ground up and I dont want to do all this work and find out my car has frame damage or somthing. Anyway I bought the car and noticed the right rear wheel was bent out a little and the one rim which was upfront at the time had a mark in it and I just relized that the rim was probably on the rear and the car got hit, so I had it on the lift and cant see if anything is bent except for the bottom so I took some pics but they are rough so I will get better ones, but take a look at the ones I have and tell me what you think.

this is the drivers side it's tough to see it but look at the bottom pocket where the control arm bolts to

this is the passenger side, the side I have the problems with, again look at the box that the control arm bolts into, it's deffinetly bent right?

So tell me what you guys think, my dad told me they have a 93 integra in his yard so I will be running down tomorrow and picking up the rear trailing arms, hopefully it's just the trailing arm thats bent.

#165129 id check your rear subframe where the trailing arm connects to the body look for any distortion

#165133 all of that looks good, everything is inline, the only thing I noticed is the passenger side trailing arm where the lca bolts to is not squared anymore it looks like it is bent and round now. I am getting another set from a 93 teg so I'll see what happens.

#165252 I'll get some tomorrow after work, like I said I will be headin down the yards tomorrow after work tomorrow to grab a rear disc conversion off of a 93 teg, so hopefully I get this problem fixed so I can move on to other parts of my rebuild.

#165618 update, well I got another rear disc conversion off of a 91 integra 4 door, I installed the right side tonight and the bent wheel problem is fixed. I layed the old bent one with the new one and could not see a problem but I installed the new one and the bent problem is gone, and I also have plenty of rear toe adjustment now, before with the bent setup the rear toe was maxxed out. I will be taking them back off in a couple of weeks to sandblast and install my passwordjdm rear spherical bearing kit and prothane bushing kit. I will have update pics in my hatch build thread.
