#168684 you can do custom springs. a company called Swift racing would be able to supply springs at custom spring rates.

#168809 the part you linked to (the top hats) wont make your car lower. What they do is raise the mounting point of the strut, to make it ride better, effectively making it to where the strut doesnt think its as low as it is.

As for going lower on what is pictured, i dont see any other way, other than getting shorter springs designed for maybe sleeve type coilovers. That set up looks pretty janky to me.
