So I have a tendency to over think things a bit, and I could use some help here.
I had initially planned on using the tried and true GC/Koni combo. However after some thinking and reading (lots of this) I feel that this may not suit my needs. However badass the GC/Koni setup is, the ride height is still adjusted by changing the preload on the springs, it's still just a sleeve. I've been looking into a few different sets of full coilovers which happen to have ride height and preload independently adjustable, and I feel that this is a better way to go.
That being said I have been looking at the PIC selects and the Skunk2 Pro C, coilover systems. I have heard good things about both, and I may have a local hook up for the Skunk2s. I'm thinking about running either 10k/8k (shelf rates for the PICs) or maybe upgrading a little to a 12k/10k setup ... if that is available.
This is a DD/AutoX car. I am looking for opinions, preferably based on personal experience, on this rethought suspension setup. Any insight into spring rates, or other good coilovers is also welcome.

Straight lines are for sissies.
