If you want to reduce body roll, get anti sway bars. And if you want stiff springs I would go with a full coilover, or a good matched set of springs an shocks, if you get stiff springs and put them on your stock shocks they won't like you.

If you really want coilover sleeves go with ground control, they're tried and true ... probably the best coilover sleeve on the market ... and you can order custom spring rates.

can't afford full coilovers right now jus wanted the adjustable ride height allready have the sway bars and energy suspension bushings, tought this set would of complimented the suspension rather than stock shock and spring, and these are cheap, ne shock suggestions?

#187475 I've heard good things about tokiko and kyb ... if you look at getting some KYB AGX ... they also have adjustable damping. I believe those are good budget shocks.

Seriously though for only about $100 more you can get GC coilovers. (not sure how tight your budget is so I thought I'd throw it out there). They'll be custom tailored for whatever shock you decided on, and if you want to throw down a little extra cash you can get custom spring rates ... although for most normal people's applications the off the shelf rates should be fine.

Those coilovers should work as well as any off brand ebay coilovers, which for some people work just fine, they just wouldn't be my choice.

#187907 wel i live in trinidad and thing are pretty expensive here eg. Skunk2 pro series coilovers are like $4000-6000 tt, Teins are jus a little more, wel come to think of it most coilovers range from $3500-$9000 tt..im saving up for the skunk2s but jus wanted a temp coilover sleeve kit so the car could be lower and more stable..but the way thing are right now those coilover "skunk2" arn't comming any time soon  soo i jus want a sleeve kit that will be a little durable for the time.

If sleeves=fail why do so many racers (real racers not wannabes) swear by the koni/GC sleeve combo. It is one of the best bang for your buck setups suspension wise. Sleeves aren't bad a lot of people just don't use them properly. With a good set of sleeves and springs and a set of shocks that are properly valved for the heavier springs, you can have a very good suspension set up, that will walk all over a lot of cheap coilovers.

Tein basics are about $800 ... they give you a decent spring rate, proper valving and height adjustability.

Koni/GC combo is about $1000 - $1200 and gives you adjustable damping to fit your needs, custom spring rates, and height adjustablility.

Now both of these combos are good, but both have a "problem" ... when you adjust the height ... you also adjust spring preload (you compress or uncompress the spring to adjust height). Which means that when you change height, you also change how the spring behaves. This isn't a big deal but it's something to consider when buying a new suspension set up. The coilovers that allow of independent height (threaded shock body) and preload adjustment will be much more predictable when you adjust the height ... and will also not have shock travel issues.
