#65257 For the bushing check out a site call Hardrace.com They have some nice bushing kits. or you can get just the ones you need.

For the coilovers thats all up to you. Most civic kits will come with a 10k/7k spring rate.

#65286 its depends on the tools you do have, and how determined you are.

I know i must work on the weekends because if i start i MUST finish. Its my only car.

Knowing that kinda gives me a boost when time gets short.

#65343 I have the same issue, i fumbled around for like 24 hours to get finished the last time i took the car apart :P

I can get a hold on most tools, I even have a buddy that can do some weekend welding for me :D
The biggest problem i actually have, is knowing what all the parts are called in english so i can order them from somewhere.
(Norway is hopelessly dorky when it comes to cars)
The cheapest aftermarket random spring and shock setup i could find in my area cost 1400 USD.

#65345 If you want to know what it is called in english, post up a pic of it and we can tell you what it is. Most everyone on here will help you with anything they can.

#65596 Ok, I've decided to upgrade the every part of the suspension that is necessary, so i need opinions on who produces quality parts.

Everything is worn out when it comes to my suspension and I don't want to do this twice.

I'm going with Tein SS or Flex full coilovers.
But when it comes to bushings, toe arms, camber kits, LCA's, ASR brackets and sway bars I'm totally green :P
is there aftermarket trailing arms?

I don't want urethane bushings and what's so special with pillow ball bushings, like what effect do they have on the car?

I want as much comfort AND performance that is possible at the same time or maybe a 40 % comfort and 65% performance (I know my math is perfect :D)

#65653 If you dont want urethane bushings, then go up to your local honda dealership and order all the bushings for the front and also get the trailing arm bushings for the rear.

Skunk2 - Function7 for your Rear Lower control arms

Depending on the sway bars yyou want...

ASR subframe brace and ITR 22 or 23mm rear sway bar

#65706 For Camber kits I went for the D2 rears which I love can't fault them at all and for the front I am using 12 Tune ones which are similar to the Skunk 2 ones give or take the locking bolts on the top.

I also have D2 LCA's which once again I can't fault they are made to a really high standard and weigh next to nothing :thumb:

If your looking for a high comfort level in your sus setup I would suggest the SS coilovers rather than the Flex as they are more for ride high adjustment than dampening which will give you a more confortable ride while stil being able to dec it to the ground.

#65740 How cheap is it possible to get the Tein SS on your side of the pond?
