Jdm_Katie wrote:yeah exactly what he said..just gotta get a camber kit front and rear is like $250..and then just adjust the back to however much camber you wanna run. then it will look like the hatch in the pictures above..I am currently 2 degrees of negative camber in the rear..when I had my other rims on I was probably like 5 or 6 lol maybe more.

you are a brace girl!! how low are you an what does that look like on your coupe? Ive never had to add camber to be hella low. When i put my ksports on my other hatch, i had them all the way down and still didnt rub anywhere.

I'm not exactly sure how low I was when I was running the weds. I'm still the same height on the car now that the si's are on but I just adjusted the camber so now the camber is sitting at about 2 degrees in the rear and the front is 0 I think. I still have a bit of rubbing issues in the rear but not much. Probably would help if I updated shocks :) haha..anyway here's a picture of how much I had to camber my weds to get them to fit under the wheel wells and be "slammed"

This is a side shot of it somewhat "slammed"

as you can tell it doesn't look like I'm cambered in the rear but by the first picture you can tell how much I had to camber that thing to get the tires to fit.

With the si's on my car I can slam it some more but I'd probably wanna go with a smaller tire..I'm running 195 50's on the si's and they rub in the back when I hit bumps..the front is no problem.

#67865 it also depends on what offset your rims have..my weds have this crazy offset (can't remember what it is for sure) but if I wanted to be low I'd have to camber it a lot or I'd have tire/fender action

#67885 i have LS meshies with 195/50s and Im about to just slam the hell outta it again. The ride on these coilovers is shitty anyway, might as well at least look good while driving it. Ive never had a problem with rubbing in the rears. Just the front when I was super low.

#67952 I wanna go lower in the front but I'm already having the problem with my camber kit in the front ruining my shock tower..so I'm going to have my friend rebuild my shock tower for me and put padding on the camber kit so when it hits it doesn't sound like my car is dying lol

#68000 you shouldnt need a kit in the front to tuck the tires. Ive had my coil overs as low as they go and still had the stock upper arm. No camber kit or anything. In fact my cars both dont have kits on them.

This is my Broke down race car. I can still go lower on it too.

NO rubbing issue at that height. 195/55s.

#68366 I can run the front of my coupe without the front camber kit but when I have the weds on I have to use it since the offset is all crazy..if not I'd be rubbing for days! so it really depends on what the offset of the rims is.

#71742 In most slammed thread you would get laughed away. There is no tire tucking at all from what I can see and those are 14 inch wheels.
