Do I need a subframe brace?

I'll be lowering my HB with skunk2 sport shocks and omni coilover sleeves. My question is, with the stiffer spring rate, do I need a subframe brace? I know it doesn't hurt to have one but I can only afford one.

no you dont need one. you would need one if you plan on running a bigger rear sway bar.

Thanks, i don't have a sway bar so I won't be buying one then.
i was worry about damaging the frame since the roads here are very shitty, especially in the winter
