shocks and springs

did a front and rear GSR disc brake swap, planning to get a set of shocks and lowering springs, are you suppose to buy according to the car's chasis or the integra spec due to the disc brake swap.

eg civic and integra 94-01 are same suspension soo either will work
somone corect me if im wrong
but im like 90 percent sure they are the same

it is indeed the same setup. The tegs are heavier so they will tend to get stiffer rates for the springs.
But to answer the OP question, you buy them for the chassis.

When you have the drum brakes, the bottom of the shock is like a U shape. Were it goes into the control arm. For the disc brakes is difefferent, kind of confusing since I cant get any pics here at work.

you need to lay off the crack. Brake choice in the back doesnt have anything to do with what shock is back there.
Thats on my car WITH rear disc brakes.

You see the rear one?
our civics and NON Type R cars came with the the regular control arm the only cars that came with the "fish eye" style was 88 CRX and Integra Type R on our side of the pond
