Man I was gonna put that in there too haha thats seriously low. My friend had an ef that had four coils cutoff the springs and we hit a pothole . That ended up tearing his oil pan up and ripped out the drain plug

Ya, they are coilovers. You can pretty much go as low as you want, just don't get like the ebay $100 ones.
