Im looking at one of these to possibly take care of LCA bolts and other things... would it be powerful enough for LCA bolts?

I got one of these a while back. Not same exact model, but a 12v torque wrench very similar to the one in your link.
Think of it as a speed wrench, not a torque wrench. It will not even loosen a wheel lug. I have to use a breaker bar to get it loose, then it will spin the nut off. Makes some work a little quicker, but not at all useful to break anything loose.
I ended up getting a nice compressor and some air tools that work well.
You can get some torque out of air tools, 12 volt tools will not be much help.
