Alright guys I finally made the decision to get the ground control/KY setup for my car! But what i'm confused about is the spring rates and the top hats. What spring rates should i get if i'm using my car for DD/Track? and do i need the 4 top hats if i buy the set up? Thanks in advanced!

You can use your factory top hats, or get the extended ones and it will lower the car a little more. As far as spring rates I would go with like 550f/500r or 450/600 something along those lines where you will have a smooth ride for the street and be stiffer for track days as well. you can always buy different rates if you don't think its enough.
