Tein Basic

Hey guys, Im new to the forums, could you tell me how tein basics rides on egs, I just got a set and I was just wondering is it smooth, and how low does it drop because I wanna slam my car

Doesnt go that low unfortunately but is meant to be a good ride on the road

they are ok but as Graham said, they dont go really low but low enuff to get a good look.
but......... you can get better coilovers than the TEIN Basics for less money. i dont know how much the TEIN Basics are state side but we sell the for £400
now for £375 you can get a set of D2 coilovers which are hight and damping adjustable.

Tien Basic are coilovers arent they? But with just ride height adjustment?
They should go pretty low. up or down 3"s i think.
The basics are about 700-750 in the states most of the time. I got my Ksports which are just like the D2s for 560 shipped.

I have the Tein Basic and this is how my hatch sits, and I can go lower if I want. :0)

Basics go low enough. I owned a set but they are still too soft. I put em on my girls car and bought EK spec SS's. Much better.

koo thnx for the info and the pic, I hope they go lower, hahaha, Im trying to get it so the mudguards touch the ground. lol hopefully

From that pic, it looks like they go low enough.

yeah, thats slammed, too bad basics cant go that low, hey JDM- chick, you said your car can go lower in your pic, about how much lower can it go

a good couple inches, I have it set for daily driving in that pic, I put it lower for the car shows.
