just read a thread on the differences between a fake ASR brace and a genuine one.. thing is mine seems legit only the bolts are 8.8 instead of the "genuine 10.8" or so.. heres some pics

Yours uses a different typeface for the logo, holes are a little different and the edges just don't look as finished as they do on mine. I'd be suspicious :eh:

damn, hmm woulkd it by any change cause subframe tearout?? im using a 22mm swaybar? i dont see why it would? lol

thanks asianrob, i read it but i had afew fake giveaways but some non-fake giveaways so i had to get other input :thumb:

Fake or not it'll probably do the same thing - so long as all the brackets are there the actual brace is just a flat bit of aluminium...

Might consider upgrading the hardware in the future to 10.9 or better. 8.8 is the equivalent of grade 5.
