Sway Bar Help......

- Thu Jan 03, 2008 8:18 pm #36209 Sup all....me and my buddy were workin on my EG hatch last week and he said he noticed the end link on my sway bar was missing. So I ordered 2 new ones since I figured I might as well change out the other one.

well I got them the other day and went to slap them on and it didnt fit. The end links I bought go straight up and down and the ones I need are at a 90 degree angle. I think they might come off a DC not sure. Is anyone familiar with these end links? Does anyone know where I can get new ones?

- Thu Jan 03, 2008 10:09 pm #36223 Sorry front sway bar.....it looks OEM but not EG OEM....I am not sure where the sway bar came from because it was on the car when I bought it. I havent seen any that go up then go 90 degrees so they face the rear of the car. I was thinking it might be OEM off an Integra DC and I found one on a parts website but it was somekinda special edition part and they wanted 70 bucks for one link. shewt at that price I might as well change the whole bar. Went to the junkyard yesterday and crawled under two DC's but the sways were gone on both.

- Thu Jan 03, 2008 10:19 pm #36224 you can use the end links off a 92-95 Si/EX/LX 94-01 integra and EX makes endlinks and bushings for it too

- Thu Jan 03, 2008 10:21 pm #36225 it might be a GSR/ITR sway bar endlink as those are different from regular LS and EG ones. probably means you have the 25mm sway bar from the ITR.

Yo Derek....Blue has a spare 22 inch sway in his garage that i could probably swoop off of him but I am thinking i would be better off with the ITR one...what do you think?

Yeah Blue has a 22mm sway sitting in his garage I think....I called him but no answer....Jayson texted me and said he found the ITR end link for like 40bucks but without the bushing.....I think I might just get that and replace the bushings on both sides then call it a day.

ya, just get the rear 22mm and be done with it :)



yea.. san rafeal is completely screwed up. 101 is blocked on both sides and the 580 is blocked too by 2 overturned trucks due to high winds on the san rafeal bridge.
