Civic EG

My EG8 pulls to the right.

here's what I've done:

Checked the toe. i'm within 5/16" front to rear in the front, so no issue there.
Checked ball joint for wear, none.
Checked the tie rods of wear, none.
rotated my tires from front to rear to see if it was a tire or rim, didn't fix it.

Now my right outer CV Boot has a small tear but doesn't seem to be an issue.

i'm stumped, does any one else have any ideas what could be the issue?

I'd get it to an alignment shop. The toe being slightly off will cause pull. 5/16" is a lot in terms of alignment. Or the car may have bent suspension/subframe from a previous accident.

5/16 is 7.9mm. i've read that -/+3mm is fine. i tried to get it closer but couldn't.

this just started over the last couple weeks and no issues with accidents in the last 18 months.
