Ksport suspension

Anyone else having bad customer service from ksport?? my coilovers came from them 13 months ago and have only been on the car 11 months and one has blown,contacted them and they say to contact my vendor...he aint online and aint replying to emails obviously because of the volume of complaints he`s recieved over these sub-standard products. anyone else fed up of poor service??

never had any need to contact them...
my k-sports have been perfect.

lucky bugger!!!!! i`m losin faith in them more every day... customer service is beyond poor it`s pathetic!!

I havent had my Ksports for as long as you have, but so far they are great! I didnt have problems getting ahold of Ksport at all. I had to call them a few times to make sure I got the right rates.
