#58411 first of all cheers for the reply, but would that way not cost me alot, iv found a coilover kit on ebay £300 but my m8 sed if i go for cheap ones the'll more than likly corrode and crossthread. do you reckon 30 or 40 mm drop if i get springs and shocks

#58478 i just got some eibach sportlines and that dropped my hatch about 2 inches (50mm) so i think coils are your best bet. i know omni powers are around 650$, and they are pretty decent.

#58545 ditch those monster 17's, pick up some 15's get some skunk2 coil overs from jhp for about $560, springs are crap.

#58546 x2 ^ 17's are hard to lower a car on..I have 16's and my car isn't even that low and I'm going to switch to 15's soon so I can lower it more..cause when you have a bigger rim it's hard to lower and if so you have to camber the wheels a lot.. for example
Image
^-my car..I had to camber a lot so the wheels would fit under the wells

so yeah I recommend getting smaller rims and getting coil overs..cause springs you can't adjust and coil overs you can..that's what I love about them..you can raise the car or slam it :D

#58566 go with the skunk2 pro-c full coilovers.........but if not skunk2 then go with coilovers. its way more fun to be able to adjust your ride hight and functional to. :thumb:
