- Mon Oct 06, 2008 1:05 am #72886 Hello all. I am getting ready to redo my suspension. I have been looking at the Tokico Hp & Spring combo. I have had good luck with Tokico in the past and was wondering if anyone has put their springs on an Eg?

I have some serios fender gap with my GSR Blades on the stock setup. I am a little worried that the 1.5" won't be enough. I'm not trying to slam it, for it is my daily driver. I am looking for of course better handling and better stance.

- Thu Oct 09, 2008 11:13 pm #73537 i have tokico shock strut and spring and they were supposed to lower my var by like 2-2.5 and i dropped 3.5 so idk how i feel about the springs, i switched to megan springs and stayed on tokico struts and it turned out perfect. its not bumpy or bouncy er nothing

- Sat Oct 11, 2008 12:27 am #73691 The low end Tokicos are crap. The Illuminas are pretty good for the money. But you wont regret spending a little more for the Konis. Better handling and a better ride. Take this from someone who's been driving on the Tokico RAK kit for four years and who has jealously driven a similar hatch with the Koni/Ground Control combo.
