Same or different as what?
On the sleeve, depending on what brand you have, you spin one of the collars away from the other and then spin them both down or up depending on if you want to go lower or higher. You will need the special wrenches that come with the sleeve kit though.

my coilover sleeves only have one collar though, so is that bad?

are they ground control?
With only one collar, you will need a Allen wrench to loosen the allen bolt that is tightening the collar down to the sleeve. you will need to find where the bolt is to determine what size allen wrench you need. Then just loosen the bolt and spin the collar which ever way you want it.

You will need to drill it out using a reverse drill bit (sears hardware has them) and get a new one of the same size to replace it.

that sounds like one hella long day.
would you think i could just weld something to the bolt and turn it?

I think that would be more work, and a very tiny area to weld on to. But you could try that if you like to weld and can get a good weld in a tight area

I'm not sure how small they are, but I think a hardware store may have them. Or you could call the manufacturer, I'm sure they could ship you a new set for a little more $
