HEy just wondering if type r lower contol arms are good or should i dish out like 700$ for omni power front and rear lcas?

I believe they are identical to the EG ones, I don't think they are any lighter.

EK9 front arms though are one piece IIRC which makes them a little bit lighter.

If you want lighter components, then aftermarket ones are the only way to go

the rear ITR LCA's are not a fork setup like Eg's

They have an eye at the end of the suspension arm, not a fork, so if you went with the ITR LCA you'd have to either get ITR suspension. or if you can on your struts, change them to an eye rather then the fork

i always though the JDM EG6 atleast came with the ITR style rear LCA..... i know North America had the fork style. and the lower model cars every where came with the fork style.....

Yeah all the imports are eye-type and the US / Euro market ones are fork type as I got sent the wrong ones when I ordered my konis hehe
