my break box "or i think thats what its called" its located on the fire wall, you know where the fluid goes after the master cylinder..anyways between the 2 half of the box fluid is leaking out, before i take it apart i jus wanna knoe if it can be fixed or do i need to get a new 1..cuz it looks like it jus a bad seal or sum??

It does look like it cam come apart in the middle, but Honda only sells the Proportioning valve as a whole unit.
So even if there is a seal inside to replace, you won't be able to buy a replacement at the dealership.
This part is at least $100 at a dealership, best bet is the junk yard or find someone parting out a civic.
Be sure it is the same model as yours. Models with rear discs have a different proportioning ratio of fluid between front & rear than civics equipped with rear drums.
