Rear discs on EG hatch

Will I be able to put rear discs on my hatch even though I have 13' stock VX wheels, and another question is can I get bigger calipers for the front?

bigger calipers are overrated as long as your car can stop you should be fine

Its not like password jdm is the only place to get rear disks
