Sup guys, I purchased rear LS disc conversion with swaybar and before I install everything im doing stage 2 upgrade(2003 si rotors and 2005 rsx caliper brackets.
my question is i have a 30-30 proportiong valve on my car but i got my hands on a 30-40 that i took off a 93 si hatch will this be good or do i look for the 40-40. i want something to bolt on and the works good thanks.. my front brakes are stock but in the future im planing on ls or gsr.

did the car you removed the 30/40 from have rear discs? if not, dont use it. for simplicity's sake, i'd just use the 40/40.

i dont recall what size master cylinder is on a cx, but if i were you id use a master cylinder and booster from any 90-97 integra, they're either 15/16's (non-abs) or 1" (abs) depending on the model/year. the 90-97 non-abs master cylinders outpur ports will be in the correct location to reuse your stock brake lines, however the 1" may not.

90-01 ls and gsr have the same size brakes in front, they're not different nor is one better than than the other.

The 30/30 will work but the 40/40 will work much better. and I would also recommend the MC upgrade as bks84 stated.

30/40 should work thats the one i used with the rear disc swap on my sedan. 40/40 would be optimal.
