Powdercoated Steelies!!!

I had an extra set of steelies under the house for my coupe. When I was cruising the local craigslist ads, someone was advertising that they powdercoat just about anything, so I dropped my extra set of wheels off on friday, and got them back today! Total cost was $180 and the color is "Apollo White". Thoughts? Opinions?

They wont get mounted right away. I want to get extended wheel studs, titanium colored open-end lug nuts, and somehow find a "honda" center cap for the wheels.

I'll probably try that in the next day or so. I can already tell, I'll end up getting some low-dust ceramic brake pads when I run the white wheels.

Looks good, like higher offset Diamond Racing wheels :thumb:
Just remember that OEM honda wheels use a ball seat type lug nut. THe selection for aftermarket lugs is much smaller for OEM honda wheels because most wheels use a acorn or conical seat lug nut.

Thanks for the info. I'll have to research the lug nuts I was looking at to see what type of seat they have.

I just found these
http://www.clubrsx.com/cr/SSR-WHEELWASHER.html

It's a washer that will adapt the aftermarket lug nuts to fit the OEM "ball seat". I know it might get a bit pricey, but this might be a solution to get me the style of lug nuts I want, but still have the ball seat.

I looked in the wheel & tire classifieds and didn't see them unless I just looked right over them.
