CTR rim 4X114.3 to 4X100!

So i am hoping that one of you can help me out fairly fast. Ive got a pair of CTR (Civic Type R) rims that are a 4X114.3 bolt pattern, BUT I need them to fit on my DX hatch (4X100). Would the easyest option be to drill out new holes to fit the 100?

ABSOLUTELY NOT!
Don't ruin nice parts. Either do a swap or sell them or something else. OR you can buy hub adapters.. But I you do that, DO NOT cheap out. Buy name brand, use the correct hardware and check them frequently.

See Im thinking of the Spacers/lug conversion, BUT then it would make my front wheels stick out way to much... Why would it be bad to get it machined to 4X100?
Edit:
Sold em to a buddy for another 2 rims and $ being as I just need 2 rims for the track...

I actually got a better deal.
I got 4 steelies (with great falken slicks) and a real carbon duckbill wing for the hatch
