will 195 or 185 on (15x7) need a stretch?

185 will have a little slight stretch. Nothing extreme though. 195 will be pretty square.
I bet there's a lot of pictures/examples on google image search.

185 is 7.28346" so there wont be noticeable stretch, or very very little unless there is a big lip

yeah ive been looking , but you cant always be sure that the picture you are looking at is exactly 185 tire on a 15x7

any picture can be "tagged" with any specs. I wanted to be sure.
