#170605 So this is is so stupid and way upsetting
Just bought a seibon oem style Carbon fiber hood and I put on a brand new oem hood bra on it. Just because i thought it looked sweet. I rained for like two days and the car sat outside and wasnt driven for those couple days just because. So i took the bra off to dry it out and didnt see anything at the time. two days later i see the stupid foggy spot where the bra was. not a everywhere that it coverd only one part .. I dont get how at all. or how to fix it . What a waste of money. FML :(

#170763 if you have balls, you could take a hair dryer and lightly brush it back and forth and dry up what looks to be moisture under the clear. It happened to the Lexi (lexus cars) i used to do it at the dealership all the time.

lol. now that i went back and re-read the post,it is most likely moisture in the clear coat. it would happen to the lexus because they had this protective film that water would get under and make this happen. hair dry away.

heat from bottom or top ?

#170769 id go from top to bottom about 5-6 inches away if it gets really hot, then just brush kinda like painting only really careful not to burn it. cause if you burn it, its def gonna look like crap. granted it takes alot of heat to burn, im just trying to have you not fuck it up.

it may take a min, but it should work.

#170770 and you can use touch (your hand) to see if it gets too hot. just make sure it doesnt burn
