i know the bumper covers for sedans and coupes/hatchbacks are different but i was wondering if the bumper support was the same?

what size is the nut holding the back of the support?

The bumper supports are the same for coupe and hatch but not Sol. I just had to replace mine, i was able to go to OSH and buy some new bolts. look around the M10 8x25? Might be off a bit but look around there. if i can find the packaging or receipt from my visit i'll edit this.
