Windows are harder to roll up/down when it's colder outside, but if the weather is warm, it takes less effort to roll them up and down. Suggestions?

power windows on my 96 are the same way... passenger window barely moves when it's cold unless I help it with my hand.
Pretty sure the window needs to be aligned better on the tracks inside the door.

it could also be because of the track being dirty. There is a spray grease for window tracks.

Where exactly do I apply the lithium grease? Any particular brand of lithium grease?
