- Thu Mar 31, 2011 1:44 am #247220 so i was bored and desided to stop at the local tim hortons with a few buddies and grab a coffee when i seen this ek pass by with the sickest lights that i have ever seen , now iv seen green, yellow, blue, and even red but these were a really dark shade of purple but still bright like crazzy, now i imediatly thought they were 14k hids but even those look pink

now my question is could these be 14k hids with a purple tinted bulb or would the tint just shrink because the heat?

or is there a set of purple bulbs that could give off the same effect?

- Sun Jan 01, 2012 2:48 am #288023 12k is purple im pretty sure. I have 10k and they are blue as shit with a slight hint of purp. Look into 12k bi-xenon. My buddy has them and I believe thats what you are looking for.
