Cracked Carbon Hood

I got offered a carbon fibre hood for my eg3 ..it was on my friends eg3 which got rear ended but hit the car on front so the bottom drivers side over the headlight is cracked and broken off.apart from that its mint conditon .Can it be fixed or should i leave my bonnet ...thanks in advance

u can pry fix it but gonna be hard to make it look like it was never there. personally id fix it mask hood some what n paint it then u wont see it was ever broke n the center will still be carbon

im not realli sure wat u mean sorry @ bserius .is it lik repair it and paint the outside off the bonnet the same as the car and leave a carbon unpainted piece in the middle ?

exactly. ive seen it n it dont look bad. im sure all u need to fix it is a fiberglass repair kit in that case then paint it.

i have an issue with my CF too...but its my duckbill....
some asswipe tried to steal it by forcibly ripping it off... and the result...
and the mounts are also kinda loose now
