Carbon fiber hood question?

What is the weight difference between a stock OE civic hood and an aftermarket carbon fiber hood? I know it varies from manufacturer to manufacturer, but what is a good approximation? I'm just trying to justify the purchase. THanks.

Different CF hoods will vary as some have heavier construction, full undersides or heavier latches.
My cf hood weighs under 10 lbs and you can pick it up with a finger. It's made by JSP (not sure if they're still around).
I think the stock hood weighs in around 30 lb.
