Are you talking about the bulbs? You can pick that up at the store, or you can search on ebay, they're extra cheaper

Not sure if they sell turn signal wires at the stores, not sure if you have a NAPA around you but they usually carry a lot of Honda parts no other store has, I suggest you go to a junk yard like Pick n pull, or pick a part, (Whatever car junkyard you have around you) and go rip it off from the cars, that's the cheapest and easiest way I can think of.

They sell the plug part at Honda but not the wiring harness part. Best bet is to get it at the junkyard like couch_c suggested.
