Does anyone know where I can get this lip. I've been trying to look for it but can't. It has those dampers or shocks on it. Any help is appreciated.

Looks like a Mugen (style) with a custom or race company diffuser and hardware. You won't find that as a "kit" or package.

Sweet thanks but the price is up there. LOL the one from carbon creations is $399. but right one for the link though.

u can always DIY ur own out of plywood...

google for a DIY Splitter and ull find a good guide on how to make one on an evo...
