Civic EG

I have a D series engine on my 95 EG Hatch and I wanna paint the valve cover. I got some spray paint and it says it can hold up to 200F is that enough or do I have to get a stronger paint? Thanks and also what are some steps or tips on painting a valve cover (Newbie)
