I feel like, unless I'm told otherwise, a perfectly good car was destroyed purely for vanity reasons.

I think it would probably work better if done with a coupe. But thats just me.

i feel like there isnt nearly enough chassis bracing to make up for taking off the top. ive seen more bracing on custom utes that still have most of the roof.

To each their own... I don't like it but what I like even less is how poorly they executed making it a pointless car. Can you even call it a convertable? Did they make some kind of bracketry to build a rag top or reinstall the hard top? Where is the finishing panels to make it look like it was made that way? Right now when I look at it I see uneven cuts taking the roof off and no real fab work to make it look clean. Also the lack of added bracing, I see the roll bar but there is nothing else tieing the uni-body back together where they cut everything apart I don't see this car lasting to long before the rear starts twisting and making everything mis aligned.
