paint engine bay

got a quick question, how would i go about painting the engine bay without removing the entire engine? or should i just wait till i do a motor swap? then paint it?

I would wait & do it right the first time. otherwise you're going to have a tough time getting everything clean & prepped to paint, then all the masking, and you still won't be able to get to all the areas.

I am not going to lie it is easier to paint the bay with the motor put I have had friends have there shit painted with the motor in. You just need to know what you are doing. Heres a picture of a homies car that had the motor in when the bay was painted...
