#122797 u sure u bleed the coolant good enough ? it shouldn't over heat if your driving it w/out ur fan turning on only way i could see that happening was if you were in stop and go traffic or jus idleing forever ..i

my vote would be to check thermostat / rebleed coolant nd check fan

#140665 could it have a bad water pump, or head gasket, is it using coolant, have you checked the radiator for proper coolant flow?

#154157 happened when I put my b18 in, my heater core was leaking inside my car. try rerouting the heater hoses so that they bypass the heater core valve located on the firewall under your fuel filter. the coolant will seem to have been bled because all the air is coming in through the heater; if its your actual source of the leak.

*if not make sure your rad. fan is blowing towards your motor, sometimes the j-spec harness has the fan switch leads reversed causing it to blow cool air AWAY from your motor.

as for vtec: chip your ecu, go to ebay and look up Monoteh, $100 for a VTEC chipped OBD1 ecu. mine was only revving to 7000, now she screams to 9000 easily, and no need for an RPM switch.

#154161 you might have a pinched brake caliper line. happened on my s14 240sx. just get some steel braided lines if you found this to be the issue. could have been the result of twisting the line the wrong way when re-installing the calipers. i think the rotor screws are primarily for the assembly line robots when installing brakes and wheels at the factory to keep the rotors flush with the hub.
