I agree Earl Shabb can paint it for like 800 bucks and you can drop it for like 500 bucks if you do it yourself. Get a CF hood or a stock replacement and you will be set

so I just cant throw $800...

Just slam it and paint over the hood for now...then when you have the cash, you can do whatever you like with it! 8)
