It could be a few things to be honest. 1- it could be your idle air control valve which u could clean out which was stated earlier in this post 2- it could be that your timing is off which means your distributor is off as well and 3- your rpm is set to high. To fix the rpm open up your hood and on top of the intake manifold there is a place where you can adjust your rpms and to adjust it use a flat head screwdriver and turn counter clock wise. I would check all these out 1st before dumping a lot of money into something you can do because if your gonna pay someone or a shop they could rip you off. Don't get ripped off, check all that was stated as well as what everyone else had stated, hopes this helps.
