- Wed Jul 15, 2009 6:24 am #130483 HI!! i have a 95 honda civic EG 1.5 lsi sohc. an due to some TW*T going into the side of my mates civic EK i have the opertunity to purchase his induction kit and possibly more items.... engine but for now its just the induction kit.

Specs of the cars:

his car is a honda civic ek 1.5 V TEC dohc
mine honda civic eg 1.5 sohc

would it be okay to put this on or would it bugger up mixture or ideal......

i know it only a air filter but i would nt wanta damage my EG

Crazy, Didn't know they made those. Destroked B16 I guess.

Basic adding of an Intake pipe, Exhaust Header and 2.0-2.5" Exhaust will let your SOHC VTEC breath.

a Skunk2 Intake Manifold + Hondata Intake Manifold plastic gasket also help a good deal.

am considering just having his hole engine if its for the right price !!!

Just like some people think EG4's are 1.4 coz they're 1493cc
