Hey guys hope all is well in honda land and everyone is having a good summer with their builds.

I am in the process of getting everything together to bring my hatch to the body shop and get it totally painted. Car was originally blue then someone (before me) decided to pull out a roll of masking tape and split the car in half with this ""beautiful" black two tone job. So the car is in desperate need of some body work and a fresh single colour paint job. I am thinking white.

I have just about every piece i need to get it refurbished but the rear tailgate/3rd door is in rough shape. What are my options for this does anyone no of a company that makes these aftermarket. I want to get a carbon one but the funds just arent there this close to me starting school.

So if someone could help me out and let me know what company makes these aftermarket or where i could get a tailgate in good condition it would be appreciated.

Your cheapest/best bet will be checkin out local junkyard.

They all seem to rust around where the plate sits i will try at some of the wreckers just hope i can find one in decent shape. Are there no companies that make new ones?

post up on here in the classifieds a WTB add. you may get one fairly cheap+shipping. Also check other forums, honda-tech, nwp4life

i know a few ppl that have got c/f hatches that might have there stock ones for sale

where do you live?
try craigslist too. a stock rust free one should be worth about $50-$75 tops.

Hmotorsonline.com sells them used for $50.00 plus shipping.
