Hey, how can I tell if the chassis is in good condition and how much KM's it has travelled?

Where do I look to check for condition? What do I look for?

Biggest concern world wide would probably be Rust around the rear wheels, Its quite common in quite a few places that use salt, or have lots of snow.

Another thing to check is the front core support(Where the radiator is hooked to) Make sure its straight and not bent. both sides should look the same.

Make sure all the lines flow correctly. If they get closer in spots and wider in spots then the car was most likely wrecked.

If the car has an intake, painted valve cover, or a fart can on the rear. the car has most like been driven hard. The same can be said if the car has aftermarket head or tail lights, as well as bodykits or vinyls.

look at the rear 1/4 panels for rust, drive the car hear the suspension as you go over bumps, see if it drives normal, any odd noises look at the condition of the Interior and engine bay and the out side. check all fluids. you can usually tell if its been treated fairly or poorly.

How about there is abit of rust, but not on the rear wheel panels, how about the door abit? Abit on fenders where the paint has chipped, how can I remove this?

Just sand + paint it? Is there products you can buy that eat rust?
