Morning !! (for me anyways) over the weekend i decided to tint my windows only done the 2 rear quaters at the mo just woundering the best way to tint the rear window???

also i took my interior out to make the window more accsesable and came across some speaker looking wires?? located on the rear quaters where the rear passengers rest there arm to be exact??? do the hatchs come with wires to the back but no speakers?? or some do come with rear speakers??

i am leaving the interior out for the week just to do some sound proofing to kill off any unwanted road noise or rattels, so if anyone can answer my questions i will be very grateful!!

take the back window out and when you are tinting it make sure to take your time and dont rush it.

I was stripping my old hatch last week and noticed the same wires they just nowhere

It looks like Honda wired up the rear speakers, just didn't include the actual speakers. I found those in my dx and wired up some after market speakers with them.

yes they are speaker wires Honda hooked up the wires and brackets but no speakers Only some civic came with rear speakers for example my 1994 si come with rear speakers and the dx does not just like vtec not every civic came with vtec just certain ones hope this helps

Everything right except for the brackets. Only the ones that came with speakers came with brackets, unless you are talking about the Honda adapters on the speaker wire.

U dont need to take off the hatch window to tint it..all i did was unskrew the the rear wiper then unskrew the both shocks(cant rember the exact name). Cut of the tint according to the windowand have a friend hold the hatch up since with out the shocks it'll fall and last step tint it.

cool thanks, does that mean i can snip the ends of these wires and hook up speakers? they have ethenet looking ends.... and i aint got speakers that will hook up as they are lol!

probably old but nope, no need to snip. The adapters come off with a bit of unclipping and reveal some plug in type of dealies. I just hooked my speakers up to those but snipping might be needed if your speakers don't fit the end after you have the adapters off.
