i am changing the power steering pump on my b16a, i can't get the belt to come over the pump, is there an adjuster somewhere or what is the problem

if youre changing it just cut the old one.

Yes, there's an adjustment nut right on the pump.

Don't waste a good belt. Re-use it! It's not a timing belt!
