Civic EG

Hi ,

I have a 94 Civic Lsi EG4 hatch (UK), i have the 'Honda security system' installed (alarm and immobiliser) which was an option on it that i've never actually ever seen taken on another so far, only after market systems. (Only seen 1 with the Honda alloys like mine have , was a Silver LSI on here , graham maybe?)

I think the battery might be on its way out but just wondered if i can swap it and it'll still work fine or if it'll need re-coding or if i have a time limit or process to change the battery. Will Honda still have the info if i email them if stuck?.

Fob is Grey with just one circular button in the middle with an led right under it and the H on the back of it.

it should still work. my dads toyota fob, the battery died on that and i switched it out and it works still.
