Hey my Civic is in quite gd condition, but in the last fue months the rear arches are just starting to bubble i really wanna do something b4 its to late. What the best thing 2do??

cut the bad metal out and weld good metal in. its the only way to truely stop the rust.

Ok thanks for that, Then i take it you need to get the whole quater pannel re-sprayed??
