Civic EG

ok so i jus bought a whole a/c system for my hatch but the lines from the fire wall dnt match up with the other lines why is that the system came off of a sohc an i have the same so shudnt it jus fit rite in or is there a diff? i wud like to have the system done by today so if anybody cud plz help me i wud appreciate it
